Discrete-Event Queueing Simulation for Transportation Systems

Built a discrete-event simulation in Arena to model a multi-stage transportation system. Outputs included utilization profiles, queue-length distributions, and sensitivity of throughput to arrival-rate and service-time perturbations — used to locate the binding bottleneck rather than guessing it from headline averages.
